Steve grew up working in his family-owned insurance agency in Cleveland, Ohio. After earning his degree in electrical engineering from Cleveland State University, he returned to his family agency and soon after spun out a software company. Over the next 20 years he developed a variety of systems for the insurance industry. In 2018, Lee & Mason acquired his company and he has been serving as CIO ever since. Outside of the office you can find Steve watching Browns football, playing video games or traveling with his wife and daughters.
