Rachel is the newest member of the MortgageHazard.com team. She is excited to bring over 10 years of customer service experience to Lee & Mason’s clients. Rachel has a strong focus on problem-solving and open communication, ensuring customer requests are resolved efficiently. In her free time, Rachel enjoys hiking through nature, gardening, volunteering at the local Louisville Botanical Gardens and helping on her family’s homestead.
