Policy Features
- Designed for both Property & Casualty and Life, Accident & Health Agents and Brokers including Wholesalers, General Agents, Managing General Agents, Managing General Underwriters, Program Managers and Insurance Consultants.
- Policy includes premium financing, claims adjusting, loss control and risk management services.
- Policy can be extended to include H.R., Insurance Educator, Expert Witness and COBRA Administration services. Other services will be considered.
- Coverage for the sale of variable life insurance; variable annuities or mutual funds.
- Coverage for independent contractors.
- The policy does not have a change in control provision that can terminate coverage in the event that the agency changes ownership.
- Fraud/Dishonest acts exclusion that does not apply to innocent persons.
- Reasonable Extended Reporting Options.
- Coverage for agents and brokers placing trucking, aviation or crop insurance.
- The policy does not contain a contractual, war/riot or pollution exclusion that can eliminate coverage for agents and brokers.
